Originally posted June 10, 2020 Wanting to get back into writing again.  It has been so long but I can feel the words wanting to come out.  They are not easily removed from where they have been hiding though.  Please bear with me. A little something written while trying to quiet my mind. A commanding presence felt across a roomA murmur from the crowdA face…a voiceThe sound of footsteps approachingHead raises to see…A sparkle in kind eyesHot breath like a desert wind on a cheekWarm moist lips on the curve of a neckA shiverYes, right there…A sweet smileA grin returnedA hand extendedAnd metAnd so the dance begins.
